A native of Pennsylvania, USA Larry was raised in a military family and his love of history and art was nurtured from an early age. These interests led him to enrol at The York Academy of Art earning a commercial art degree in 1982.
After a long and successful career as a commercial artist - most notably a successful career in book cover illustration - he moved into Western fine art and recently the historical print market.
Now one of America's foremost historical artists, Larry combines passion, talent and incredible attention to detail to create an outstanding degree of authenticity in each of his paintings.
