Description
After 30 trouble free completed operations, Lancaster PG-G of 619 Squadron returns home on the morning of 9th February 1945 after a gruelling operation to Stettin Bay. German Night Fighters had raked the aircraft killing the rear gunner and wounding two of the crew – another attack could happen at any time.
