December 24, 1944 north of Bastogne, Belgium. On this frigid Christmas Eve, Captain Dick Winters supports his men with his words: “Hang Tough.” Despite being surrounded and ill-equipped, Easy Company would hold the line and ultimately, the 101st Airborne would help turn the tide in the Battle of the Bulge
This superb painting by one of America's foremost military artists is personally hand signed by ELEVEN original members of Easy Company. We now have available just ONE copy which has been conservation framed and matted by the Aces High team, to include the following artifacts:
Museum quality jump wings and Screaming Eagle badge.
A piece of authentic parachute silk used by airborne forces on the drops into France during the D-Day invasions.
An original shell casing which has been confirmed as coming from the actual foxhole of Herb Suerth in the woods near Bastogne in 1944.
Also included in this outstanding collector’s item is the very rare original pencil signature of the legendary leader of Easy Company – Major Dick Winters, making a total of TWELVE original signatures
