In the final days of World War II P-51 Mustangs of the 339th Fighter Group buzz the deserted mountain retreat of Adolf Hitler high in the Bavarian Alps.

Each print in this new trilogy will be produced in a unique format. Nick has specially painted four extra images to accompany the main image, depicting aircraft from all four American Air Forces that served in Europe during WWII. Each individual work of art, a painting in its own right, is reproduced as part of the limited edition and is personally signed by highly regarded aircrew that flew each type in combat.

The Anniversary Edition
Joining artist Nicolas Trudgian, every print of 'Mustangs over the Eagles Nest' is individually signed in pencil by FIVE highly decorated USAAF pilots who flew combat in the European theatre during World War II. Each one is a representative of the aircraft being depicted.
